ABOUT BRIAN
I am Brian Moss, Lead Pastor of Oak Ridge Church in Salisbury, Maryland, since 1999. I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, in an average unchurched home. Having dabbled with drugs as a young teenager, I found myself in trouble at home and school. I lacked purpose and desperately needed a fresh start. God graciously intervened when I was fourteen years old and I committed my life to Jesus Christ. I entered a career in the computer industry as a systems engineer where I worked for nearly 19 years. During a missions conference at our church, God called me into full time ministry. With a desire to grow, I earned degrees from Dallas Baptist University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in Leadership from Liberty University.

I was called to Oak Ridge in 1999 following my graduation from seminary. Before I arrived, the church had dwindled to only a handful of attenders. Working together with the leaders, we set out to revitalize our church and reach our community for Christ. We learned from evangelistically effective churches across America and applied the lessons to our small but growing church. Through God’s grace, over the past two decades we’ve seen thousands come to faith and experience hope and healing in Jesus Christ.

With a passion to help other churches, we launched the DREAM Church Conference in 2011 to equip church leaders in revitalization. In addition, I am part of the Healthy Church teaching faculty for Finishing the Task (FTT) helping churches all over the world!

My passions are teaching God's people to fulfill God's purposes for their lives and equipping church leaders to build healthy churches that transform their communities for God's glory! If there is any way I can help you or your church, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're in this together!
