Meet the Author
Brian Moss
Hello! I'm Brian the Lead pastor at Oak Ridge Church in Salisbury, MD. When I was called to pastor my first church, I was certain of only one thing—I was in over my head! This small church had nearly closed its doors. They were running about thirty-five on a Sunday, were steeped in tradition, and I was bi-vocational. I had a dream of leading a healthy, evangelistically effective, church that was fulfilling the Great Commandment and the Great Commission but wasn’t sure how to do it. After many years of prayer, hard work, extensive research, and God’s grace, our team rediscovered the biblical principles that build a thriving gospel-centric church. I’ve had the pleasure of working with thousands of church leaders all over the world helping them to develop healthy, disciple-making churches, through the annual DREAM Church Conference and Coaching network. My academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Pastoral Ministry from Dallas Baptist University, a Master's of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Leadership from Liberty University. I am happily married to my wife, Lisa, and we are blessed with three daughters and four wonderful grandchildren.
